Customer Service Policy
Thank you for choosing to shop with What I Like Online. We work very hard to give you the best value for your dollar, keep prices reasonable, and ship within a timely manner. We appreciate every customer and order. Our goal is to make your shopping experience as pleasurable as possible.
We encourage you to send in any inquiries to the "Contact Us" part of our website, or to our email, WhatILikeOnline@yahoo.com. Especially, any inquiries regarding sizes in clothing, and lengths on necklaces so that when your order arrives it is exactly as you expected. We require everything in writing to prevent any misunderstandings on sizing, pricing, etc. We ship to anywhere in the United States. At this time we are not shipping to Canada, Mexico, or overseas.
Returns and Exchanges
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. In the event that you need to exchange an item, we offer merchandise exchange or store credit only, no refunds. If you need an exchange, please notify us within 7 days after you receive your order, because items sell quickly and we may not be able to accommodate another size in the same item. Items should be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and all tags should still be intact. You will need to return the regular price items at your expense, unless we sent you something you didn't order. In the case that we are at fault, we will assume the shipping fees. All sales are final on sale items.
Incorrect Items Or Size Exchange
The merchandise must be received at the address below within 10 CALENDAR days of the confirmed date of delivery as provided by the Delivery Confirmation receipt. We strongly recommend you also use the Delivery Confirmation when returning the item(s) for your proof of shipping. Upon inspection and verification of the time frame, we will issue a store credit that you can use at any time. Please do not return items that the tags have been removed from. Please include a copy of your invoice showing the purchase.
Local Online Orders
If you live locally and don't want to pay shipping, you can pick up your order at our store location! Just pick out the items you want, then email us your order and we will have it ready for you to pick up at the store.
Christmas Policy
Orders received by the customer on December 15-19 have until December 30 to get exchange items back to us.
